Actor Vikram celebrated his 55th birthday recently. A superstar that's being celebrated across generations for his amazing performances and dedication on screen, Vikram has delivered several intense performances starting from Sethu (1999). He has acted in tear-jerkers such as Kasi and Pithamagan and his jaw dropping performance in Deiva Thirumagal. He also redefined masculinity and villainy with his performance in Raavanan. Dhill (2001)

Written and directed by Dharani, Dhill follows the struggles of a young man Kanagavel, who aspires to join the police force. Although he has all the qualifications he faces hard challenges from a corrupt police officer, who does everything within his power to prevent Kanagavel from becoming a cop.


Gemini (2002)

“O Podu”, a song from the movie, was the most trending song in the early 2000s The song contributed a huge part in the movie's success at the box office. Vikram plays a young and ambitious gangster in the movie. He falls in love with a girl, who thinks he is an innocent and peace-loving college student. 
 

Arul (2004)

Arul is a 2004 Indian Tamil-language action drama film written and directed by Hari, starring Vikram, Jyothika, Pasupathy, Kollam Thulasi, and Vadivelu, among others. The music is composed by Harris Jayaraj. The story follows a man who is rejected by his family but then finds his way back.
 

 


Saamy (2003)

Written and directed by Hari, Vikram plays a cop who takes bribes from politicians and goons. He rethinks his life choices after he meets a girl. He plays by his own rules and even metes out his own brand of justice. The fast phased screen play of the film will keep you on the edge.
