Kuching is now home to the first Malaysian restaurant with robot waiters. CH Premier Restaurant just got itself listed in the Malaysian Book of Records for being the first and only restaurant that uses robots to serve food.

Currently, there are four robots that are in operation. All four robots can speak fluent Mandarin and can even interact with diners. They will also maintain a 15cm distance from anyone or things in their way, politely asking them to give way so they can continue on their course.
