Mohd Shadzwan Kamarulzaman was with his teammates in the Hong Kong International Airport when he heard a woman scream. Near them on the ground was a man who was unconscious and frothing at the mouth.
Without hesitating, Shadzwan went to the man and checked for a pulse. He didn't sense any and realised that the man wasn't breathing. The national basketball player immediately performed CPR on the unconscious man, not stopping till he got a response from the collapsed man.

He let the paramedics take charge when they arrived. Shadzwan didn't realise he is now a viral topic in Malaysia as he thinks anyone would do the same if they saw someone in need of help.
