Klopp Hails Super Salah

Mar 15, 2024

klopp hails super salah

(So Salah and yet so betul)

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has hailed Mo Salah, after the attacker set a new club record in this morning's Europa League match against Sparta Prague.

His goal in their 6-1 victory in the last-16, second leg tie makes him the first Liverpool player to score at least 20 goals for seven consecutive seasons.

Meanwhile, Liverpool's 11-2 aggregate win was their biggest margin of victory in Europe in 43 years!

Man United are willing to accept a huge loss, in order to offload Jadon Sancho this summer.

According to reports, Borussia Dortmund are ready to offer £35 million to make his loan move at the German club permanent.

That's slightly more than half of what United paid to sign Sancho back in 2021.

--

Meanwhile, other reports claim that Atletico Madrid are ready to hijack Getafe's bid to sign Mason Greenwood on a permanent deal.

Greenwood is currently on loan at Getafe, who are said to be desperate to keep him at the Spanish club.

--

England boss Gareth Southgate says he has put contract extension talks on hold until after this year's Euros in July.

It's believed that the English FA wants Southgate to stay on and guide the team to the 2026 World Cup in North America.

--

And according to ChannelNewsAsia, Singapore is also considering hosting the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

Several countries, including Malaysia, have been offered the chance to host the games, after the Australian city of Victoria pulled out.
