During this engaging and informative event, we will cover a variety of crucial topics to support the growth and well-being of our young participants. The program includes discussions on: Good Touch & Bad Touch. Understanding the difference between appropriate and inappropriate physical contact is vital for the safety and well-being of our children. This session will provide essential knowledge and guidance on recognizing and responding to various types of touch. How to Manage Monthly Issues, Especially During Sports. Puberty and menstruation can be challenging for young girls, especially when participating in sports. This session will offer practical advice and tips on how to manage these monthly issues effectively, ensuring that girls can continue to enjoy and excel in their physical activities. Mental and Emotional Stress. Adolescence can be a stressful time, and it's crucial for young girls to learn how to manage mental and emotional pressures. This discussion will provide strategies and support for coping with stress, promoting mental health and resilience. Importance of Healthy Eating. Proper nutrition is the foundation of good health. This session will educate participants on the benefits of a balanced diet, helping them make informed choices for their well-being.
