The Public Health Campaign (PHC) is an annual flagship event organized by the UCSI Pharmaceutical Sciences Students’ Association (UPSSA) of UCSI University. Since its establishment in 2002, PHC has continuously served as a vital platform to promote health awareness, disease prevention, and the importance of healthy living among the Malaysian community. Each year, PHC is carried out in various states across Peninsular Malaysia, reflecting UCSI University’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and public health education. The main objective of PHC is to enhance the public’s understanding of prevalent health issues, encourage early detection, and empower individuals to take proactive steps toward better health. It also aims to strengthen the role of pharmacists as accessible healthcare providers who contribute significantly to disease prevention and health promotion. Over the years, PHC has successfully addressed diverse themes such as diabetes, mental health, cancer, and heart disease, helping each campaign draw approximately 1,500 participants and leaving a positive impact on society.
