Santhosh Narayanan is an Indian composer and musician in the Tamil industry.

He made his debut through Attakathi directed by Pa.Ranjith who was also a debutant in 2012. Two of the songs from this album; "Aadi Pona Aavani" and "Nadukadalula Kappala" which were sung by Gana Bala went viral during the time of its release for the Gaana genre. It made Santhosh Narayanan to be the talk of the town. Following the success of his debut film, he continued working with some other debut filmmakers during that time such as Karthik Subbaraj, Nalan Kumarasamy, Rajumurugan and Mari Selvaraj. His composition in their films became a visiting card for them to be addressed in the cine industry.

After many successful collaborations, Santhosh got big opportunities to work in South Superstars project, such as Rajinikanth (Kabali and Kaala), Vijay (Bairavaa), Dhanush (Kodi, Vadachennai, Karnan & Jagame Thanthiram), Vikram (Mahaan) and many more. All these albums became chartbusters and created more opportunities to extend his musical collaborations with other languages such as Telugu and Hindi.

Besides that, Santhosh Narayanan has also worked for independent music under Majja for the song Enjoy Enjaami, sung by Arivu, Dhee and himself. The song became a massive hit across the globe in various music platforms and also became highest watched Tamil music video album during the time of its release.
