Keerthy Suresh started off as a child actress in the early 2000s, and after graduating in fashion design, she returned to lead roles. 

She played her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali and went on to star in films such as Ring Master (2014), Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), Rajini Murugan (2016).

Keerthy is the daughter of the Indian film producer Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka, and has an elder sister, Revathy, who also works in the entertainment industry as a VFX specialist. 

She completed her degree in Fashion Design from the Pearl Academy in Chennai, India, and also completed a two-month internship in London.

Keerthy began her acting career as a child actress by appearing in several films produced by her father in early 2000s. She was seen in movies such as Pilots (2000), Achaneyanenikkishtam (2001), and Kureban (2002). 

In 2013, Keerthy appeared in her first lead role in Priyadarshan’s Malayalam horror comedy, Geethanjali - The actress was still in college when she was offered the role and shot the movie during her semester break.

Keerthy was next seen in the Malayalam movie Ring Master (2014) directed by the duo of Rafi-Mecartin - Portraying the role of a blind girl, she received positive reviews from the critics. 

Soon, Keerthy made her Tamil film debut with A.L. Vijay’s romantic comedy movie Idhu Enna Maayum (2015) alongside Vikram, and the actress was soon flooded with many offers to a point she had to drop out of a couple of films that she had already started working on in order to accommodate bigger projects. 

Since then, Keerthy made several big screen appearances in multiple movies across different dialects, and worked with big names like Dhanush and even alongside Superstar Rajini in the 2021 Deepavali blockbuster Annaatthe.
