5 tips to organizing your life!

In this day and age where life operates on the fast lane, staying above your duties while trying to breathe can definitely be a challenge. With the clutter that can become of your life, you can definitely help yourself by planning a little. RAAGA has got 5 simple tips to get you started:
 

  1. Learn To Make Lists:
    There is no organizational problem that a list did not resolve. So in all situation that needs any form of organizing, make a simple list to help you organize your thought process so that you can see the direction that you need to take in order to see a commitment through.
     
  2. Meal Prep:
    Eating healthy can definitely be quite the challenge when life has got you going crazy with tons to do. So much to do, so little time! Fret not, you can still have control over what you put into your body and don’t have to resort to unhealthy hawker food everyday. To prep your meals for the week efficiently, shop for one main protein source (chicken,fish,etc.), three different veggies that don’t need cooking, one type of fruit for snacking. Prepare a huge dish of the protein and pack it into different containers to be had through out the week. Pack your veggies into Ziploc bags for everyday of the week and do the same with your fruits. You can now enjoy a healthy home-cooked meal everyday at work! Just purchase some rice or any available carbs at a nearby stall to complete your self-prepped meal!
  1. Schedule Your Chores:
    Chores can be especially trying if you live alone and have no one to share the load with. One simple way to go about this predicament is to dedicate one day of the week to each chore. E.g: laundry on Wednesday and grocery shopping on Fridays. Besides scheduling your chores, be sure to contain the mess you make by cleaning immediately or as you go. Putting away chores like the dishes or cleaning spilled juice is only going to leave you stuck with a huge mess by the end of the week, and that is really no fun!
  1. Set Reminders On Your Phone:

It is only natural to forget things as we go. Forgetting some things can be rectified easily with little to no collateral damage resulting from it. However, forgetting major things can definitely put you in hot soup and turn your life into an absolute disaster, for a day at least. To avoid finding yourself in such situations, be sure to set reminders on your phone for any important matter that cannot be missed. You will definitely thank yourself for forming this habit in hindsight.

  1. Plan Your Holidays:

The age old saying goes: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Take it from us; there is much truth to that saying. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, living between bills and work. Before you know it, you’re old and grey and the prime of your life has passed you by before you even had a chance to live. So don’t miss out on life. Plan your holidays yearly (even if all you are going to do is stay at home and binge on your favorite series)!
