how to prepare new year resolutions

Changing your ingrained bad habits is never an easy task, so before diving your head into New Year’s resolutions, be mentally prepared for it- but how do you do that? CALL OUT FOR RAAGA'S HELP, OF COURSE!

It’s going to be another year with 365 blank pages so let’s plan it out well.

  1. Jot down your goals.

We used to jot down points back in school to remember it so why not bring back that habit? Write down what you want. Ps: People don’t forget what they really want. No excuses this time.

  1. Put it on public!

Yes, you heard it right. We literally post everything (you know that!) on social medias for our followers to see. Why not let your followers see what your resolutions are? Take note, there are no takebacks when it’s on THE INTERNET!

      3. Believe in yourself

In order to effectuate something you really want, it has to start from ‘YOU’ first. Start small by believing in yourself.

       4. Plan a follow-through

Plot a budget if you think your resolutions will cost you. Create a flow-chart to ensure you are taking every step towards your goals.

    5. Slip down and wake up TWICE!

Most of us give up easily when we fail from keeping up with our resolutions but none of us understands that failure is the mother of success! You would rather acknowledge your mistakes and get back on track instead of feeling guilty over it.

Are you mentally prepared? If yes, say it loud: “ no setbacks should undo all my efforts”. Go all out and make it happen. Don’t forget to comment below. RAAGA is eagerly waiting to hear your stories.
