Facemasks has become a daily accessory, many have tried to make the necessity item into a fashion statement.

Recently one business in India took the facemask game to a whole new level; the 49-year-old had his facemask made out of gold. The golden mask costs about 4,000 USD; that is approximately 17,000 Malaysian Ringgit!

The masks weights about 60g and it took 8 days for the craftsmen to complete the unusual request. The masks have thin and tiny pores that help him breath, however its effectiveness against the virus is  questionable. The businessman is taking other additional precautionary measures to keep him safe.  

The luxurious idea struck him after watching a news on man wearing a face mask made out of silver. The businessman has recently become the talk of town and is enjoying his newfound fame as the Gold Masked Man.
