The world was shocked with the news of Actors Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan being tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus. They conveyed this news on their official Twitter handles.

Fans were puzzled after the tweet, worried…are Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya infected too?

The swab test results are out and it is reported that Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan have tested positive for COVID-19, as verified by Abhishek Bachchan tweeting the news himself.

Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful.The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers 🙏🏽

The Bachchan Family expressed their gratitude.  Amitabh Bachchan posted a picture on his Instagram and a caption, thanking his fans for expressing their concern over his family’s health.

His caption read “to them that have expressed their concern, their prayers and their wishes for Abhishek Aishwarya Aaradhya and me .. my unending gratitude and love ..♥️”
