Photographer and celebrity hairstylist, Barathan Amuthan was chosen as one of the Canon Youth Ambassadors last year and guess what? He’s still going strong this year as well!
Nothing comes without hard work. It took a lot of training and assignments to get to where he is now and we couldn’t be prouder to see his achievement.

Inspired by his father to become a photographer, Barathan and his lenses have travelled the world to showcase how beautiful life is through his eyes. He has thus far captured festivals, international concerts, celebrity profiles and more. Some of the celebrities photographed include AR Rahman, Ilayaraja, SP Bala and Sid Sriram.
We’re sure that his journey in this field would continue to grow and while we are looking forward to seeing more amazing works from him, we would also like to remind you that if you’re willing to learn and do things with passion, there sky is your limit.
