One of the biggest breaking entertainment news of the year would be that Kamal Haasan and Vetrimaaran are uniting for an exhilarating new project! 

It is reported that the film is an epic novel adaptation and expectations have skyrocketed for the film. 

It is still very much unclear when the Kamal-Vetrimaaran project will kick off as both have busy months ahead completing their ongoing projects. 

Kamal has to complete 'Indian 2' and the actor also has plans to shoot 'Papanasam 2' and 'Vikram’ back to back.

Vetrimaaran on the other hand is currently occupied with the finishing touches of 'Viduthalai' starring Soori, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Menon and Vijay Sethupathi. 

He is also expected to direct Suriya's 'Vaadivaasal' next .
