Chen Chang Rong got into a minor accident when his motorcycle lost control on a road filled with sand and stones. He injured his nose and left eyebrow, but that was the least of his worries. 

Chen was more worried about other motorcyclists who might be driving through that area. The road is always filled with sand and stones, things that could cause another accident like his.

Chen started sweeping the section of the road where he got into the accident. Although some motorcyclists are used to the road and can easily avoid the dangerous section, Chen wants to make sure that everyone is safe.
