Man Needs a Job, Delivers Resume With Doughnuts To Potential Employers.

A creative way of getting the hiring manager's attention.

Lukas Yla needed a job in San Francisco, but he's also aware that most resumés will end up buried under hundreds of emails of similar people seeking employment. 

To make sure that the hiring managers actually read his resumé, he dressed up as a delivery guy and delivered 40 boxes of doughnuts from a popular confectionery to 40 different companies. His effort gave him internet fame for a day as people posted photos of his creative jobseeking method:

The box of doughnuts contained a copy of his cover letter, which employers will find once they open the box. The huge pink copy definitely caught everyone's attention, and we're sure the doughnuts caught their appetite.
