The Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi had announced a 21-day nationwide lockdown, which came to effect mid last week. Yet, this has not stopped some people from venturing outside without proper reason.
Prakash Raj, who paid his staff a 3-month-salary in advance and is helping stranded migrants in the ways he can, tweeted a simple message to fans.
