In recent times Yama Dharma Raja has been a popular theme among India's law enforcement campaigns. From spreading awareness on traffic safety to educating people on the pandemic, local  law enforcement have been using the “The god of death” in several campaigns and netizens are loving it.

As the world’s largest vaccination drive got underway in India, rumours and myths started floating around the vaccine. To help spread awareness on the importance of getting vaccinated, a police officer dressed up as Yama Dharma Raja while getting vaccinated. 

In the viral video we could see the officer from Indore, India, wearing a black costume with golden thread work, with a pair of sunglasses and holding a “gadai”, while a health worker is seen administering the vaccine.The police officer was reportedly was trying to spread the awareness that every frontline worker should take COVID-19 vaccine without any hesitation.

Netizens loved the idea and many praised the police officer’s efforts in helping the fight against the pandemic. Let us all do our part in overcoming the pandemic. Remember to follow all SOPs set by the government! Stay Safe.
